Wanda was an amazing daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and dear friend. She was a retired courier, and loved Sunday drives to see wildflowers, especially blue bonnets, Indian paintbrushes, and Indian blankets. Wanda could easily live on her favorite food, pizza and tacos, which she didn’t have growing up. She enjoyed taking trips to the lake to see the pelicans and egrets. Wanda loved viewing beautiful sunsets, because they were a "gift from God." Over all things, she was extremely proud of the accomplishments of her children and grandchildren.
Wanda is survived by her loving children, Jack (Michele) Campbell, and LaVern Campbell; brother, Larry Vest; grandchildren, Brian, Kevin, Josh, Alaina and Jessica; and great-grandchildren, Julia and Cora.
Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, Cliff and Lois Vest; and son, Edward Vern Campbell.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Wanda's memory may be made to Hospice of East Texas; and Pets Fur People.
A graveside service for Wanda will be held Friday, October 20, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Tyler Memorial Park Cemetery and Mausoleum, 12053 State Highway 64 West, Tyler, Texas 75704.
