Carl was the best at being a friend. He always greeted you with his smile and when he left, you always had a smile. We shared many moments of joy, and some of grief, over the 40 or so years we were friends. Through it all Carl was a steadfast friend. We will always remember you, Carl. Shelley & Family, There are no words to describe how wonderful a person Carl was and how he touched our hearts. I knew him for most of my life and through the years, it was always such a joy to see him and share a few words. His quiet wisdom and that great smile! He, as with you, glowed when you were talking about each other. The love and joy you shared. I am grateful to have known Carl, he was the nicest person anyone could have the pleasure of meeting. My thoughts & prayers are with all the Bilton clan of family and friends.

I was deeply saddened to learn of Carl's passing. I enjoyed spending time, and sharing a joke or two with him. Silhoutte and plate shoots will not be the same without him.

Dear Shelley - I am sad to read of Carl's passing. We went through all 8 grades together at Palmertown. Carl was always a quiet friend to all his classmates and even forgave me, the rowdy little girl who ruined his new shirt by squirting him with ink. We did laugh about it years later. He was an exceptional man and he will be missed. God bless you and your family for making him happy.

Dear Shelly & Family.
A good man is in the presence of his Lord. Our hearts, thought's & prayers are with you at this time. Carl was one I could call on at any time to help me do anything at the Church or house. His willing spirit and generous life I will alway remember.
We will always appreciate the interest he took in our son Josh. They were able to talk cars anytime.
As a member of my church board, and my friend, I could always count on him for an honest opinion. May God grant you all his grace & comfort Pastor Ken & Joyce, Josh & Erin Weldon

Dave and family... so sorry about your father's unexpected passing. Remember that you have friends who care, and also remember that you will always have memories of him. At first, it will be hard, but there will come a day when you think of him and smile instead of feeling sad.
