He was a veteran of the Marine Corps, and throughout his life he was employed by United Nuclear and the US Coast Guard Academy.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years Sophie (Byczkiewicz) Marek, his 2 daughters Victoria (John) Snarski and Eva Neal. He also leaves his granddaughters Karina and Lauren Neal and Josephine Snarski.
Earl also leaves 2 brothers and 2 sisters and their families.
A Funeral Mass will be held for Mr. Marek on Tuesday June 10, 2025 10:00 am in Our Lady of the Lakes Church 752 Norwich-Salem Turnpike Oakdale. Burial will be private.
