Jennie Ruggiero

Jennie was the beloved wife of fifty-six years to the love of her life, the late Louis M. Ruggiero. She loved spending time fishing and was a devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed attending Mohegan cultural events and teaching her grandchildren about their culture. Over the years, she worked at Alinabal and Mohegan Sun. Jennie was funny and kind; her soul will continue to live on within her family and friends.

She is survived by her three children, Louis Michael Ruggiero Jr., Michael Anthony Ruggiero, Lisaann Ruggiero, and her sister Patricia Martin. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, Stephanie Ruggiero, Julie Ruggiero, Hollie Ruggiero, Cody Ruggiero, and Ryan Ruggiero-Ottens.

Calling hours for Jennie will be held at the Montville Funeral Home of Church & Allen, 53 Norwich-New London Tpke., Uncasville on Monday, February 10th from 10am - 2pm followed by a graveside service at 2:30pm at the Fort Shantok Burial Ground, 340 Massapeag Side Rd, Uncasville.
