A proud United States Army veteran, Bob honorably served his country in Korea. Those who knew him will remember his quick wit and natural talent for making others laugh – Bob was a comedian at heart and brought joy everywhere he went.
Bob was an avid baseball enthusiast and a devoted pet lover. In his younger years, he bowled in a local league and spent countless hours coaching and umpiring little league baseball, encouraging young players with patience, fairness, and humor.
Above all else, Bob was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. His love for his family was steadfast and unconditional.
He is predeceased by his beloved son David Vidal. Bob is survived by two daughters: Tracy Drozynski (Greg) and Christiane Wheeler (Jeffrey); his cherished grandchildren: Kate, Leah, Meryl, Henry, and Eden; and his treasured great-grandchild, Hank.
Bob’s spirit, laughter, and love will remain forever in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
