I remember on February 1st, Montana had come into church late (Freetrade Church of God) and I just happen to look back and notice him. Now me and him just never talked talked but we had a good friendship, and when he walked by me I nodded my head, and he nodded his. That is the memory that will stick with me forever, because that is the last time I saw him

I met Montana once at a rodeo a while back and I have not and never will forget him. He had such a charming personality and seemed like such an all around great person. It breaks my heart that something like this could happen because I know what an amazing person Montana is. He will always remain in my heart.

I am so sorry for your loss. I only met Montana once on a trail ride for Reese, but he left such a great impression on me. He helped my nephew with his horse and that meant the world to him.  Such a wonderful, handsome courteous young man. God bless your family!

As an upper classman to Montana, I would like to say that he will be missed dearly. His demeanor and his presence was nothing but good. I have never seen him without a smile on his face and this will be the way I will forever remember him. Thanks for the positivity and love you shared. Family, I send my deepest condolences I do not know how you feel, but I can only imagine. God still love and care for you. Stay strong for one another.

Montana always smiled and brought sunshine wherever he went. When my daughter Rachel passed a year ago , he sent me this message:

Mr. Clay I'm not sure if you remember me, but I met Rachel in pueblo about 4 years ago. I am so sorry for yalls loss! Rachel was such a sweet girl with a big heart for rodeo. She had such a bright future. Every time I seen her post something to Facebook she was always winning a rodeo somewhere or winnin a buckle. Her life was rodeo and she was so good at it. It was obvious she devoted all of her time into rodeo. Every year after we met I would see her at the finals and she would always speak to me. Such a sweet girl!! You and your family are in my prayers, I know it's a hard time for y'all. I hate the condition of which I had to get in touch with you but please tell cord, Caleb and your wife I said hello and am praying for y'all. God bless y'all.
