Passed away at her home with her son Marc by her side in Lauderhill FL.on May 13th 2021.
Anne Marie was born in Port-Au-Prince Haiti on August 17th 1947 to parents Wilfrid Royer and Morizna LaLois.
Though she never received a formal education Raymonde was a very skilled Seamstress as well as an excellent cook.
After migrating to the U.S. Raymonde married her husband Jean Tanis in Montclair NJ and two children were born of this union her pride and joy Marc Phillip and Jennifer.
Due to a long illness Raymonde moved to Florida as to not have to deal with Jersey's fickle weather any longer. Coming from Haiti she never adjusted to the snow.
Once in Florida Raymonde took up new hobbies. She began doing hair and nails. Just like her sewing and cooking she also did hair and nails very well.
Raymonde was a stylish woman she loved to shop and took pride in her appearance at all times.
She found pleasure in spoiling Her children and when her Grandson Antony was born she spared no expense on him. She could often be found listening and singing along to her favorite artist Charles Aznavor on her iPad while doing her online shopping.
Raymonde was a nurturer, a homemaker, a dedicated wife, a dear friend and this may be impartial but she the best mom ever. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Raymonde is survived by Her husband Jean M Tanis, Children; Marc P. Tanis and Jennifer Tanis, Grandson; Anthony Hage, III, Siblings; Marlene Cassius, Jonas Cinsir, Fremont Royer and Evita LaMonte, Niece Ren M.
