I am deeply saddened to learn about the passing of Charles. We were classmates at Irvington High School and I will always remember his cheerful countenance. I am sending prayers to his entire family. Rest in peace, my friend.

 Charlie was a good co-worker. Always eager to take on new projects, learn, and share his knowledge with others. He was friendly to be around and had some good insights and stories. I missed him when he left the company and hope he's in a good place now. God's speed Charlie!

To my brother Charlie: 

I  haven't a doubt that you 'made it' to the success we are all on this earth to achieve. Not the success of many possessions, and not the success of job titles, not the success of fancy cars. Your success was as the success of Mary, our spiritual mother. You were given the 'grace' of  Baptism to the life of God's only begotten son . . . 

....Sanctified Grace...to hear God's call to your life (as Mary had a call) That call was to assist others in their earthly needs.  It  was an 'actual grace' ...for you to say YES LORD... I will. and you did, and did, and did ...say YES to giving aide and comfort ... as is spoken in Matthew Chapter 25. verse 35 - 46 / and as spoken in that chapter...'you entered into eternal life.'  (of course, the good Lord may first ask "Charlie, the hinge on the Pearly Gate is squeaking, can you fix that."   You will give a loud 'ark ark' (laugh) and with smile say "sure Lord, no problem."  That's who you are.

My deepest condolences to the Ambielli family on your loss.  My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

I was deeply saddened to learn of, your brother/son/uncle, Charlie's passing. Mt. Vernon may be years ago, but many families are still remembered. We were just talking about yours and others over the holidays.  May he rest in peace.

I am so sorry for your loss. My husband Jack Stecher ( who passed suddenly last year) spoke of Charlie many times. He always spoke how kind he was and that he was such a good person and a dear friend to Judy and Fritz. May God grant him a smooth passage to heaven and may him and Jack be together again.

With heartfelt condolences, we are profoundly saddened by the sudden loss of our dear friend Charlie. He was more than just a neighbor. Charlie was always there to lend a hand, give a wave, or jump in to help. He was thoughtful, gentle and the kindest person we ever had the pleasure of knowing. He will be greatly missed. Our neighborhood will never be the same without him.

Cholly & I were friends for 55 years, ever since he befriended a fat kid from GA that said funny things like "ya'll,  yes ma'am & no sir."  But, unlike the other kids who were mean spirited, I could tell he was laughing WITH me, somehow.  Our relationship endured much longer than my 1st 2 marriages!  So much more too say, so little space provided!  See you soon, Pal. Save me a place!  Love, f

My deepest condolences on the sudden loss of Charlie, my childhood friend from Irvington. Our families enjoyed multiple siblings of same age. Our brother Richard just passed suddenly on Dec. 11th. Love and prayers to Ambielli family.

Missed Charlie so much after we left High School.  A great guy -- never heard anybody say anything bad about him.    Many fond memories playing cards at the Irvington Motor Lodge, the Irvington High School class play and just about every other High School event.   My deepest sympathies to his family and friends -- he was quite a special person!.

My condolences to his family and friends.  I was a classmate of his from Irvington High School.  So, so sad to know he has passed.
