As a close personal friend of Dan (Jr.), I've been fortunate enough on occasion to spend time with Mr. DeTrolio. While I did not know him well in the traditional sense, I feel as if I do know him well in another, more meaningful way. Something has stuck with me since the first time I met Mr. and Mrs. DeTrolio at their beautiful house in NJ: it is a home that was simply bursting with love. My feeling has always been that Mr. DeTrolio played a fundamental role in creating such a warm and caring family environment. As a husband and a father with my own family, I can only hope to achieve something similar in my lifetime.

To Mrs. DeTrolio, Dan, Greg, John, Jen, Julianna, Josie and the rest of the family, my heart goes out to you for this tremendous loss. Rest in peace Mr. DeTrolio. All Our Love, Dan & Stephanie Sendrowitz

On behalf of the Security Department and Switchboard Operators at Kessler-
We offer our sincerest condolences to the family of Mr. Detrolio. Daniel was a high spirited man; he blessed us all here with his presence and his smile. Despite his pain, he emitted a ray of sunshine that touched the hearts of so many of us here at Kessler, from his therapists to the receptionists, and even other patients, he spread joy and positive thoughts through us all. We were all blessed to know him, even if briefly, he changed us in great ways. We will always hold his memory in our hearts. May God rest his Soul.
