Dominic Di Gioacchino

Dominic Di Gioacchino, a beloved, brave, and cherished man, passed away on November 22, 2025, at the age of 87. Born on April 10, 1938, in Newark. He lived in Union for 40 years before retiring to Toms River.

Dominic served his country in the Unites states Army and was known as a hard-working, honest, and loyal man of character and integrity. He held multiple jobs to support his family, including roles as a real estate agent and a buyer at AT&T. His wife and family were always his priority, and he loved hard and lived well. Dominic was a family man who lived for his family and was a man of strong faith. His incredible sense of humor and magnetic personality drew people to him, teaching those around him how to live, love, and even how to die.

Dominic was a devoted husband, father, brother, pop pop, uncle, and a loyal friend, he will be remembered for his devotion to his family and his unwavering loyalty and honesty. His legacy of love and laughter will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.

A visitation will be held at McCracken Funeral Home, located at 1500 Morris Ave, Union, NJ 07083, on November 25, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

A prayer service will take place at McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Ave, Union, NJ 07083, on November 26, 2025, starting at 10:00 am.

A committal service will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, 1500 Stuyvesant Ave., Union, NJ 07083, on November 26, 2025.
