Donna M. Faruolo

Donna was born on May 30, 1950 to Michael & Anne Alfano in Newark, NJ. After Donna graduated from Union High School in 1968 she went onto a fulfilling career at AT&T as an Accounts Receiving Manager, where she spent 26 years until stepping aside to be at home for her youngest daughter. A little later in life she also made great friends and memories at Comcast Cable.

Donna was predeceased by her parents, Michael & Anne, and her beloved aunts and uncles. She is survived by her daughters, Alicia & Anne Marie Faruolo, her four siblings, Michael & his wife JoAnn, Mark & his wife Maria, Denise & her husband Albert, and Anne & her husband Sam, as well as her many cherished nieces, nephews, and great nieces & nephews.

Donna’s greatest joy in life were her daughters. She loved spending time with them and learning to enjoy the things they did, even the Miami Dolphins. She thoroughly loved life, dancing, animals, her favorite television shows, and word games. She cherished her amazing family, always tried to keep a smile on her face, and would give the shirt off her back to someone who needed it.

Visitation will be held at McCracken Funeral Home in Union, NJ on Monday, May 19th from 4-8pm.

A Catholic mass for family and close friends will be the following morning Tuesday, May 20th 10:15am at St. Michael’s Church in Union, burial to follow at Hollywood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Donna’s name to St. Jude or ASPCA.
