Aunt Esther, I will always remember the great parties and basement dinners at your house with Uncle Tom. Your eggplant parm is still the best I have ever had. Thank you for taking the time to take all the seeds out for my Dad. This picture is a selfie we took at your 90th birthday. That was such a great time and I will always remember our conversation from that day. I love you and you will be forever missed.
