

Helen was born in Passaic, New Jersey. She married her husband Joe in 1966. Together, they settled in Cranford, New Jersey which became their final home.
In retirement Helen found happiness in sailing with her husband, and baking for family and friends. She cherished days at the Jersey shore and in Venice, Florida. In her younger years, she enjoyed polka dancing, photography, and snow skiing. Later, spending time with her granddaughter, Brianna, brought her great joy.
Helen graduated from Clifton High School before attending Katherine Gibbs, a renowned secretarial school. She began her professional journey at Curtiss-Wright Corporation. Helen later served as an executive assistant at Hoffman-La Roche, a global pharmaceutical company in Nutley, New Jersey. She concluded her career at All-State Legal, a stationery manufacturer in Cranford, retiring after many years of dedicated work.
Helen is survived by her husband Joseph Brozek of Cranford; her daughter Deena Brandow and her husband Todd, and granddaughter Brianna Brandow, of Preston, Maryland. She is also survived by her sister Diane Margeson and her husband Ronald, of Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Additionally, Helen leaves behind her nephew and Godson, James Margeson, his wife Michelle, and their son Tyler.
A church service will be on Wednesday, April 29 at 10am. At Saint Michael Parish, 40 Alden Street, Cranford NJ 07016.
A reception will be held at McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ 07083. From 11:30am-2pm.
