I'd like to offer condolences to Mr. Harkins family. He was my teacher & summer school teacher at Harding School for many years, he also taught all 3 of my older brothers, including tutoring my one brother at my home when he was in an accident. He was a wonderful teacher, very kind & caring man. I was and am still very upset to hear he is gone. He left an imprint on my heart & I'm sure a lot of other students as well over his long career. Rest in peace Mr. Harkins. You were one of the greats & will be missed.
