Todd, Scott, and Kelly,
I'm so very sorry for the loss of your beautiful mom. Janice was like a sister to me, we shared amazing times together and I will miss her terribly. On one of our vacations, she was applying sunscreen and didn't realize that she had bought kids Galactica sunscreen with gold sparkles in it and she was covered in gold glitter from head to toe. We belly laughed for days in Ocean City Maryland. She was funny, smart and so giving. She loved her family and always put them first. Rest easy sweet friend, I will miss you so much.

My deepest condolences to the Hibbard Family.
She was a good friend. We gave her the nickname “Sparky” because she was always so full of energy and she lit up the room. I will miss my friend.

Loved ones of Janice,
I send my deepest sympathy to all of Janice's family. I've known Janice since she was a pretty little girl with bouncing blond hair. I am her cousin and we shared many happy memories at her house in Bellville . A beautiful person who loved her family with all her heart. May she be forever in our hearts. I know she will be forever in mine. Be happy Janice and be at Peace , fly with the angels you are in God's house now. Lovingly Marion

To the Hibbard Family: So sorry to hear about the passing of Janice. May she always shine her light down upon her family and rest in peace with her loved ones that have passed. I had the pleasure of working with Janice in the administration building at Union Board of Ed. We worked closely for a mere 5 years, but immediately when I started the job Janice was an amazing, warm and friendly person who lived her life for her family! We enjoyed hearing all the stories about them and from time to time Don would come in and say hello. I marveled at the love you saw between the both of them. She, after all their years of marriage, still looked at him with adoring eyes. May they be dancing now and watch upon you all in internal life!

Sitting next to each other in the Franklin School office for 5 years, Janice and I shared some very interesting and memorable stories. Being in an elementary school, some of the children couldn't remember our names and would frequently refer to Janice as the blond-haired one, and I was the one with the brown hair.
My deepest sympathy to Janice's beloved family and also to all the wonderful friends she has left behind.
