Louis Manfra Jr.

He was born on August 24, 1934 in Newark, NJ. to the late Louis and Anna (nee Kucharski) Manfra.

Louis served our country proudly as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

He was a Newark Fireman from 1962 - 1987 retiring to run his own company Ar-Dean Termite and pest control in 1980. He loved to travel, go out to eat with friends and family. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Louis is survived by his loving wife Arden of 69 years, 3 children Arden and husband Cliff Pietrucha, Louis Manfra, and Dean and wife Maria Manfra, 3 grandchildren Cliff, Dean Jr., Ava and 2 great grandchildren Lily, and Molly as well as his sister June Wilderspin.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit the McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Ave, Union, NJ 07083 on Friday, January 24, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A mass of Christian burial will be held at Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church, 971 Suburban Rd, Union, NJ 07083 on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Cremation will be private.
