Maryanne Marino

Born on the 18th of December 1948, she was a gem among the rubble. Always caring for others as if they were her own. On the holidays, where she spread all her joy and cheer. On the birthdays, where she celebrated another year. On all the special days that come to mind. All the normal weekdays and weekends that she made special all the time.

Maryanne had always lived in Elizabeth, and she had always made it a miraculous day living in it. She had studied at Blessed Sacrament Middle School, then later in Sacred Heart High School. Though it is a tragedy to lose her like this, she will always be remembered in the hearts of those who love her. She will be survived by her husband Nicholas Marino, her brothers Joseph & Carmine Cicalese, her sisters-in-law Therisa & Audrey Cicalese, her niece Donna Marie, her nephew Joseph Cicalese; along with other family members and friends, as well as all others whom she loved and all who loved her.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that all donations go to Saint Jude Children’s Hospital.

Family and friends are invited to attend visitation on October 19, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Ave, Union, NJ 07083.

A Funeral Mass will be offered on October 19, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at St Genevieve's Church, 200 Monmouth Rd, Elizabeth, NJ 07208.

Committal will follow on October 19, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 220 Mt Olivet Ave, Newark, NJ 07114.
