Nimer was born March 3, 1930 in Palestine. He was the son of the late Hanna Liddawi and Widad Tawil.
Beloved husband of 54 years to Widad Liddawi. Loving father of Hiam Franchino and her husband Rick, Lilly Kritou and her husband Michael, Hala Pasko and her husband Ronald, and Hilda Jachim and her husband Edward. Adoring grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Dear brother of Saliba Liddawi, and Salwa Tawil. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place on Friday, February 27th from 5-9 PM at McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Ave., Union. A funeral mass will be offered on Saturday, February 28th at St. Ann’s Melkite Catholic Church, Woodland Park at 9:30 AM, with interment to follow at Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth.
