Rachela Savino Maplewood resident, 94 Rachela Savino, 94, of Maplewood, N.J., passed away on Feb. 8, 2015. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 11, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Ave., Union, N.J. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday, Feb. 12, at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, South Orange, N.J., with interment to follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union. Rachela was born in San Sossio, Italy, and resided in Maplewood, N.J. The beloved wife of the late Alfonso Savino, she was the loving mother of Agostino Savino and his wife, Sharon; Joseph Savino and his wife, Margaret; Pasquale Savino and his wife, Rita; Giuseppina Savino; Violet Lewis and her husband, Stephen, and Alfonsina Savino, and the adoring grandmother of Nicole Savino-Mulcahy and her husband, Stephen; Jennifer Savino and her wife, Judy Parry, Brooke Savino, Stefanie Savino, Michael Savino and his wife, Elizabeth, Joseph Savino Jr., Danielle Savino, David Corsini, Stephen Lewis Jr., and Amanda Lewis, and great-grandmother of Aiden Mulcahy.
