Robert J. Oliver, 90, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 23, 2013 in Cranford surrounded by his loving family. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Robert lived in Springfield for many years. He worked for over 30 years for Wakefern Foods as a printing supervisor.
Robert was predeceased by his beloved wife Lena. He is survived by his loving daughter Karen and her husband Stephen. He also leaves behind his three grandchildren Jennifer Smith-Nunez and her husband Anthony, Matthew, and Stephanie; as well as his two great-grandchildren Madelyn and Robert.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 29, 2013 from 3-7 PM at the McCracken Funeral Home 1500 Morris Ave Union, NJ. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, December 30 at 10 AM with entombment to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview, NJ.
