Rosemarie Bergel

She married the love of her life, Carl W. Bergel, in 1957, and that union remained until his death in 1997.

Rose enjoyed spending time with her family, Daughters Christine Bergel, and Susan Cafiero, her son-in-law Edward Cafiero, Jr. and son William Bergel. She cherished her two grandsons, Danny and Ryan Cafiero.

Rose worked for the Union Township Board of Education for 25 years in the high school’s library. She was a member of St. Michael’s Church, St. Michael’s Bowling League and St. Michael’s Seniors. She also had fabulous times with her many friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit McCracken Funeral Home on Monday, June 28th 3-7 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael's Church, Union, NJ on Tuesday June 29 followed by burial at St. Gertrude's Cemetery, Colonia, NJ.

Rose leaves us with this parting thought: All I can say is that I had the most wonderful family in the world and keep sharing all the memories and good times we had together.
