adie D'Amico, 102, of Union, N.J., passed away on Aug. 5, 2013, at Briarwood Nursing Home, South Amboy, N.J. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Aug. 8, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Ave., Union. A Funeral Mass will be offered at Holy Spirit Church, Union, on Friday, Aug. 9, at 9:30 a.m., with interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, N.J. Mrs. D'Amico was born in Elizabeth, N.J. She was a resident of Union for over 50 years before moving to Briarwood Nursing Home in South Amboy. Beloved wife of 67 years to the late Peter D'Amico (2006), she was the dear sister of Rose Kantorek, and the late Minnie Cataldi, Augie Forte, Angelo Vicinio, Peter Vicinio, Willie Vicino, Joie Vicinio, and Dominic Vicinio. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
