Walter Curtis Hoelle, 82, of Union, N.J., passed away peacefully at his home on Nov. 6, 2013. There will be no funeral service. A private cremation will take place under the direction of McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Ave., Union. Walter was a lifelong resident of Union and was a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard. He was a photographer and the owner of Technifinish Studios, Roselle, N.J. He loved to garden and design model trains. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary Hoelle; loving father of Cyndy Losanno and her husband, Ralph, and Lois Rozanski and her husband, Steven, and the late Robert Hoelle; dear grandfather of Anthony Losanno and Ralph Losanno Jr., and Daniel Rozanski and Brian Rozanski. The family asks for donations in Walter's memory to the Center for Hope Hospice, 1900 Raritan Rd., Scotch Plains, N.J. 07076.
