

Art proudly served his country in the United States Air Force before dedicating many years of service to the United States Postal Service, where he worked until his retirement. Throughout his life, he was known as a dependable, hardworking man whose kindness and generosity touched everyone who knew him.
Art found happiness in the simple things—casting a fishing line, playing his guitar, and, above all, spending time with his beloved grandchildren. He had a wonderful sense of humor, an energetic spirit, and a loving heart that made family and friends feel welcome and cared for. His dependability, compassion, and willingness to help others left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He is survived by his wife, Ann King; his sons, John King and James King; his daughters, Justine Cass, Alexandra May, and Ashleigh Thomas; and his cherished grandchildren, who were the light of his life. He also leaves behind extended family members and many dear friends who will forever treasure the memories they shared with him.
Art will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his faithful service to his country and community, and the joy he brought to those around him. His legacy of kindness, laughter, generosity, and dependability will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
