Aunt Carmen always filled a space with her joy and laughter. Her fun loving spirit was contagious. I will always remember her with her camera. She was always trying to get just one more picture!  She was a gorgeous bride on the day she married my Uncle Roland. Her family and friends were always her top priority. Aunt Carmen was always about keeping everyone connected.    So shocked to see this news of Carmen's passing.  What a sweet, sweet woman with a wonderful family. I work at her local grocery store and would see them often. I saw the family grow up, graduate, get married, move out and start families of their own. She was always so proud of her girls and grandchildren, bringing them into the store, spoiling them with secret treats and always introducing each one, making them converse with me...keeping them engaged in conversation (just like she would).  Fond memories for me...... My heart goes out to Jerry and the family. She will be missed. May she rest in peace!!

My dear friend Carmen...I am still so shocked with disbelief of your passing. We have been family for so many years. I say family cause that's what we have been for 40 years..We had some wonderful times together mostly laughing together..you were definitely a one of a kind person..loving, caring, loyal, compassionate, faithful and so full of life. My love and prayers go out to Jerry, the girls, Cuca, Tichie and Paula. You will be missed dearly and will always be remembered fondly my friend with love by the Beltran family.

Carmen you are  one of a kind a loving sister in the Lord and friend! I will miss are encounters and long visits at CVS. Thank you for the memories and pictures and the time we got to know eachother at the Rock Church. You raised 3 beautiful daughters that have your loving ways. The family in heaven is rejoicing that your home with your Lord and Father, we are happy too, however we will mourn and miss you for awhile.

I'm shocked and heart broken at hearing this very sad news. Carmen you will always have a special place in my heart. Friends for over 40 yrs. Even if we didn't keep up in person, I could always count on that birthday card, and other cards through out the year. You were there for me in one of my lowest times in my life, you showed up at my house to share your love, comfort, and support, and I will never forget that. You had a heart of gold, and so much faith. I could always count on your prayers. I will miss you. My condolences to all your family. Gods comfort to all.

Carmen was a very unique woman...One of a kind. An outgoing personality who enjoyed mingling with people, bringing her compassion, understanding, love to the occasion whether at a funeral reception, a birthday party, anniversary party, any gathering. Carmen was there with heart and soul! May her legacy live on.  My last phone conversation with her lasted 3 hrs, she knew what my heart was feeling at that time... I have many fond memories of Carmen, all the way back to our childhood as cousins. My heartfelt condolences to Gerald, Barbara, Stephanie, Leah, my aunt Cuca, Tichie, Paula and Carmen's grandchildren. I'm so truly sorry for you loss. Carmen's presence here on earth will truly be missed. My prayers and love!

Words cannot adequately convey our feelings of loss at Carmen's passing.  She was one of those rare, awesome individuals......warm, friendly, caring, joyful.  Her persona just radiated with enthusiasm for life--it was infectious! Still trying to comprehend the passing of Carmen, i believe everyone is still numb to hear of her passing, Carmen has one of the biggest hearts that life had to offer, always knew our and probably the whole neighborhoods wedding anniversary's, Birthdays and baby showers, always expecting that card from her! There will be this void in everyone's life knowing that the cards we knew were coming will no longer arrive in the mail, to Cucita, Techie and My Sister In Law Paula, Carmen's Daughters and Gerald she will be dearly missed, yet you all know she's with Our Lord and Savior this day, to think maybe The Good Lord needed a Halmark Kind Of Lady to help out with delivering some cards..... I was very sadden by the news of Carmen's death, she was way too young. Cucita, I am very sorry, to you and your other daughters and your big extended family.I have known you and your family all my life, I have very fond memories of growing up together in the barrio of Cucamonga, It seems like all of our people are slowly fading away.
