We are neighbors of Melanie and Dwayne and would see Charlie quite often.  He always had a smile and cherry hello.  He always had such great stories of his life.  It is so hard to lose your Daddy (I lost mine last year), and it is not easy, but keep his smile in your heart and he will always be near.  God Bless you and we will pray for you. 

Eternal rest grant until Charlie, O Lord, and let Thy Perpetual Light shine upon him.  May his soul and all the souls of all the faithful departed through the Mercy of God rest in peace.

I didn't know Mr Welch, but I have known Don and Sharon for many many years,I know it's not easy lose a loved one, I will keep all of you in my prayers,think of all the happy times you had with your dad,he will be with you forever :)

The last time I saw Mr. Welch was at the funeral for Don Smart's father, Horace, a few years ago, where he gave a very eloquent eulogy for Mr. Smart. Mr. Welch's daughter, Sharon, and son-in-law, Don, are two of my best friends.  I know Sharon and her sisters will miss their father, as will the rest of the family.  I will pray for all of you at this difficult time.  Please accept my sympathy.

Mr. Welch's daughter, Sharon, has been a friend of mine since we shared a 6th grade classroom way back in early 1960's.  Sharon is a dear, and true friend and I remember her father as a sweet, gentle man who made feel so welcome in their home. My thoughts are with her and all of the family as they mourn his loss and celebrate his life.  With love,

Charles was a very dear friend,we worked at the Post office back in the 1950's. I always enjoyed his talent on the piano. I was the music Dir. and Charles played the Piano. I will see him again when we meet in Heaven loving friend John Tollison

Charlie was a dear friend. He always stopped by my office to say "Good morning, it's a lovely day today", and wish me well. He would often go in the clubhouse and play some piano requests for me to hear through the wall. Sometimes bringing me a fresh banana or orange. I will miss him so much. The Park has lost a good friend and neighbor.
