Happy Easter Mommy, I miss you terribly. I have wanted to pick up the phone so many times to hear your voice again. I often dream of you and how beautiful you are. Thank you for giving me life. The love of a mother is immeasurable... I am so grateful that you and Dad "chose" me and that God brought us together to fulfill a plan bigger than our own. One of the best memories I will cherish forever is being able to come home everyday school....walk through the door and yell "MOMMY IM HOME!" and there you were hugs and kisses to greet me almost every time. I also remember all those times I would lay on your lap as you rubbed my cold ears til they warmed up....then kicked me off your lap because they weren't cold anymore HAHA :-)

Oh my aunt! My heart aches with each day I'm without you. You were so much more than an aunt to Chan and I. You were a rock we could lean on! I will miss you forevermore but we will be reunited again with Butterballs in one hand and fudge in the other. I'll miss cooking together, and our dinners together; but I will always remember your strength, your drive, and you amazing way to love like only you could. I thank you & my uncle for being a support to me, from the times you carefully brushed my hair after the car accident mom and I were in, to the grocery store trips where you let me sit in the basket after a stroll by the bakery for a free cookie. Ah the good ole' days!!! I know you're feeling much better now, and that I wouldn't trade for the world!!! I will love you always and miss you like bananas!!!Like Gigi says, “Gods got us in the palm of his hand." xoxo

To my amazing Aunt Di...You have been the pillar in our family and the reason why we had so many family functions. I will always cherish my childhood memories of you and how you always looked so pretty and everything matched! One thing I will always cherish is how you called me every week to encourage me when I was going through my internship for Grad School!! You are going to be missed more than you could ever know! Love you and miss you!

I love you Aunt Di, and we will miss you everyday that we are apart.  I will never forget all our holidays together or the endless times you would let Angie and I stay over and play in your high heels:) My most cherished memories are of our beautiful family.  Just yesterday, I was telling Brayden about how Aunt Di was one of the first people to hold him~that image is still so fresh in my mind.  Brayden misses you so much too....after we left your house after the funeral,  I said to Brayden, "You know Buddy, I really believe that Aunt Di was there today, even though we couldn't see her," and he said, "Oh mommy!!! I know she was there...she is in my heart with Jesus and she is kissing me on the cheek and rubbing my back just like she always did." So sorry to hear of the passing of Diane.  i have known Diane since high school and then the softball days of our children who are now adults.  I know it is hard for the ones who remain but know that it is easier now for Diane .  

Since I will be watching a two year old at the time of the service I will not be able to attend, but please know that otherwise I would be there and know, too, that will be thinking of all of you during this hard time.
