

Born on August 15, 1939, in Dixon, Illinois, Betty was a graduate of Neuman High School in Sterling, Ill.
She enjoyed making people laugh and her family feel loved. A big part of her heart belonged to Damien High School where she worked as the bookstore manager for eighteen years. She loved cheering on Spartan football with her husband. A member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Upland for fifty-eight years, she loved her Catholic faith and lived it by her words and actions.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Adrian and Berniece Henry, and her sister Adrienne Henry. She is survived by her dedicated and loving husband of 58 years, Robert C. Stout; her sons, Tony and Rob Stout; her daughter, Tracy Stout; her sister, Cathy Henry, and countless friends and family.
Betty will be remembered for her compassionate heart, friendliness, witty sense of humor, and infectious smile. She fought the disease with extraordinary strength and courage, and left a lasting impact on everyone she met throughout her life.
