Frank was preceded in death by his mother Peg and is survived by daughter Payton, granddaughters Brinley and Bailey, Father Pete and siblings Rita, Joyce, Pete, Tony, Annie, and Charlotte, as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
Raised in a large family that took frequent camping trips and loved sports, Frank learned to appreciate the outdoors from a young age. He carried that appreciation with him throughout his life, especially his love for the ocean and surfing. Frank also loved playing golf with the family, teaching daughter Payton to play from an early age. It was not unusual to see them on the course at Upland Hills with his dad or other family members.
Frank loved listening to music, whether it was while tending his vegetable garden or cooking or doing chores. He also liked making music, playing his guitar, with great happiness around the campfire.
Frank began his career working in probation in his late 20s. He loved working at Los Pinos where he taught juvenile boys life skills. After that closed, he went to work for the Orange County Probation Department. After a combined 25 years of employment, Frank retired. In recent years, Frank started working at Home Depot. He often spoke of how he enjoyed his work there and the many friends he made.
Frank always had a big welcoming smile and a listening ear for everyone. He will be greatly missed by his large family, extended family and friends.
