Linda, Family and Friends of Jeff,
We are so sorry to hear of Jeff's passing and your personal loss. Our family was fortunate to have met Jeff as a very good and ethical electrician. In talking with him we began to see that he was a good man and good to have as a friend.
He did work for our us at our home and business and was an asset in suggesting new products. I enjoyed when he came in  and  reminisced having goodies from a local bakery as a kid in Michigan, laughing and talking with him of the olden days, music, bakery projects/needs and life with the pursuit of happiness. 
Anyone blessed to have known Jeff was lucky and I am sure will miss him.

So very sorry to hear of Jeffreys' death.    We were very close friends of Joe, his mom Mary, and  whole family. when Jeff was a boy and teenager.  I even babysat Jeff, Mike and Bobby once in awhile.

Jeff you are unique and special in every way. You've had an amazing journey where you've earned the respect of everyone you've come into contact with. I've been with you since 7th grade at Slocum Truax all the way to your years in California. One of my best friends ever!!! Jeff Elfiqhi just passed away, I just want to tell everyone this man was the nicest person who ever been on this earth. I knew him since second grade and was in cub scouts with him, I Played peewee baseball with this man. And you all know how you start to get older you act different, find other friends in High School but he didn't look down on me. He just smile and say what's up. To me that's what a true friend is. Wow this so hard, I remember playing Saturday football with him his brother bobby at Slocum junior high, rain or shine we were out there enjoying life. Jeff had a smile, It would light up a room. When I watch Cool Hand Luke it always reminded me Jeff, The saying he was smiling...That's right you know that Luke smile. That was Jeff. Its hard to say goodbye he was one of six good friends I grew up with and we all still in contact. Rick , Stan, Danny, and Bill we lost one of our brothers. So I want to give my blessing to his wife Linda, his brothers Bobby and Mike, and his children.

Jeff....you have been my faithful friend for 45 years.  You will be in my heart until we see each other again.I will forever cherish the memories.  Linda and family, I am so so sad for you at this time!  I am crying with you all now.  God Bless You !!
