Oh my just thinking, this is the first trip not calling to you to touch base and see how you are, usually you were going with Mary Ann to pick up the kids or going to one of their games or events You were the best Aunt, grandmom, great grandmom ever. Mom, You looked so beautiful, happy and at peace yesterday.  I felt so at peace yesterday.  Thank you for letting me take care of you a small repayment for all that you have done for me.  I forgot to share some of my favorite stories.  First of all how when I was watching the boys and I was 12 and you and Daddy when shopping and told me not to go outside and don't burn the spaghetti sauce cooking on the stove.  Well those brothers and I went outside and when Mom and Dad drove in they saw us playing chase around the yard.  And of course the spaghetti sauce had burnt.  My punishment for not obeying was that I couldn't go to Camp Fire Girl Summer camp.  I was so sad.  Well that was all that I remembered.  A few years ago when we were discussing that story you revealed to me that you didn't have the money to send me. That made me even sadder.  There are so many but two years ago when we were visiting our Philly family we went to visit one of our cousins that we hadn't seen in a few years. The Dodgers were in a playoff game and my cousin didn't have cable for us to watch the game. So my Mom keep telling us we're not staying long as the Dodgers are on.  A few time she even told me and Jimmy to get our things as we going home.  We had the best ever visit with my cousins, meeting their children and grandchildren.  We didn't want to leave.  As soon as we got into the car, my Mom couldn't stop talking about what a wonderful time she had, but could Jimmy find the Dodgers on the radio!.  She kept telling my aunts when we got back to their house what a great time we had, so lovely.  FYI the Dodgers lost that game. I will never shut my car door without hearing her voice in my head of her saying, "These car doors are so heavy!"  I love you so much and will miss you more than you can ever know. Grandma, words can't explain your impact on our family.  The love you had for my husband was indearing and beautiful to watch.  I will always rember the stories about the dinner you were truly a comedian.  Even now when I think of you I can't help but smile.  Thank you for loving me the way you did, you always would listen even though you probably couldn't wait for me to stop talking.  You embodied strength like a warrior and loved like a angle.  I will never forget you and will always have a place for you in my heart.
