They are survived by Fernando Antonio Jacobs (Husband), Milagros "Millie" Jessica (Alex) Jacobs-Kleisli (Daughter), Fernando Honorio (Toddy) Jacobs Jr. (Son), Patrick Jacobs (Son), Mitchell (Lani) Jacobs (Son), Christian Jacobs (Son), Mrs. Jacobs also leaves 14 grandchildren to cherish her memory..
