83, of Upland passed away February 1, 2012 at home. She was born May 5, 1928 in Watertown, NY. Shirley Is survived by her husband - John R. Newman, Upland; 5 children - Barbara Andrew, Chino; John H. Newman, Ontario; Gary Newman, Hesperia; Mark Newman, LaQuinta; Todd Newman, LaVerne; 4 siblings-Beverly Biondolillo, Watertown, NY; Natalie Thomas, Hastings, NY; Norma Pond, Boonesville, NY; Kenneth Pfister, Watertown, NY; 9 grandchildren & 10 great grandchildren. Shirley was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Alexis. Visitation will be 5-8:00 pm Sunday (02/12/12) at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. am Monday (02/13/12) at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Upland. Burial will follow at 12:30 pm Riverside National Cemetery, area #3, Riverside.
