Velma Jean Boyer

Born August 11, 1929 in Charleston, West Virginia, to Ebb Bolyard and Anna Runner Bolyard. She had 3 sisters and 3 brothers.

Velma married Cliff Boyer on August 14, 1949 in Coletown, Ohio. They were married for 65 years before Cliff's passing in 2014.

She worked at Bank of America in Ontario doing various jobs from 1958-2000.

Velma is survived by her daughter, Shirley Goins, son Jeff Dillon, grandson Zach Goins (wife, Courtney), granddaughter Lindsay Sieber (husband, Daniel), and four great-grandchildren, Kaylee Sieber, Addison Sieber, Paige Goins, and Jacob Goins. She is also survived by her sister, Ann Stone of North Carolina, and brother Don Bolyard of Ohio.

There will be a memorial service on September 10, 2026 at Stone Funeral Home at 2:00 PM in Upland, CA. Her final resting place will be next to her husband at Bellevue Mausoleum in Ontario, CA.
