Alice Faye Julian, 94, of Van Buren, Arkansas died Friday, July 2, 2010 in a local hospital. She was born October 18, 1915 in Dyer, Arkansas. She was the last living charter member of Dyer Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Julian.
She is survived by three sons, Haskell Julian of Dyer, AR, Jimmy Julian of Dyer, AR, and Ronnie Julian of Van Buren, AR; two sisters, Rev. Georgia Cotrell of Alma, AR and Betty McKinney of California; one brother, Rev. Herman Porter of Dyer, AR; as well as 21 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and 24 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at Edwards Van-Alma Chapel with burial at Dyer Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Russell Drewry, Kenneth Rosson, Edwin Burns, Chuck Bainbridge, Tony Julian, Brad Julian, and James Darden.
The family will visit with friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR.
