Alma Waters, 86, of Rudy, passed away Monday, April 20, 2026 in Cabot, AR. She was born June 5, 1939 in Summerfield, OK to the late Lewis and Nora (Ray) Jones. She was retired and was a member of Pleasant Valley Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Waters.
She is survived by four daughters, Cindy Gann and husband James of Huntington, Jamie Brown and husband Jimmie of Rudy, Stephanie Samuelson of Rudy, and Sunny Sparkman and husband Len of Cabot; a son, Joe Pacherco of Tahlequah; two sisters, Mary Sue Osborn of Albuquerque, NM, and Elizabeth Price of Rudy; twenty-two grandchildren, thirty-eight great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday, April 23, 2026, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
