He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Brenda Pentz of the home; two daughters, Becky Sisco and husband Dustin of Fort Smith, Sonya Pentz and Gregory Brickey of Fort Smith; a son Kerry Pentz and wife Liesa of Billing, MO; three sisters, Janice Chacon and husband Ron of CA, Shellie Chambers of CA, DeeDee Pentz and husband Danny Thomas of Tulsa, OK; two brothers, Steven Pentz and wife Cynthia of Nevada, Michael Pentz of CA; and six grandchildren, Jacqueline Pentz, Corey Pentz, Kristina Sisco, Matthew Sisco, Taleigha Pentz, and Isabella Sisco.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
The family will visit with friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren.
