Jean Osburn, 88, of Alma, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2017 in Tulsa, OK. She was born April 17, 1929 in Conemaugh, PA. She was a homemaker, and served in the U.S. Navy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold “Ozzie” Osburn; her mother and stepfather Martha and Tom Voulgares; two sisters, Marie and Peaches, and a brother, Albert.
She is survived by a daughter, Karen Wilkerson of South Padre Island, TX; a son, Pete Osburn of Alma; a grandson, Peter Osburn of Choctaw, OK; three sisters, Goldia, Dulley, and Rosetta all of Massillon, OH; three brothers, Gus of Mineral City, OH, and Nick and George both of Massillon, OH; and three great-grandchildren.
Graveside service with Military Honors will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 25, 2017 at the Fort Smith National Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of donor’s choice.
