I was very young when Bro. Bill was our pastor. I don't remember his sermons, but they were evident in his life. I still have many memories with him, June and Amy. I miss those simpler times. From Vacation Bible School to Church Camp, he was always involved. We will miss you Bro. Bill. We rest assured that we will see you again for those justified with Christ!

May God Bless you during this time. Brother Bill was such a wonderful man of God. He has left a lasting legacy of lives changed for Christ. I am one of those. There are so many memories that I have of growing up at KBC. The trips, the church camps, the simple nights out to Dairy Queen after church. Bro. Bill always had a smile and a story. I never grew tired of hearing his testimony infact I have shared it several times through the years. What a blessing to have known him. May God comfort each of you and provide the peace that only He can give.

Dearest June,
I think of you and Bro. Bill often and feel great love for you both. I did not realize Bro. Bill was as sick as he was. You have both always been dear to my heart. I hated when you left Clarksville, at least I knew I could run by and say hi. Please know I am thinking of you and sending up warm hugs and prayers for your comfort during this time.
Always,

In my youth, Bill Milam was a tremendous, positive influence on my life. My experiences with Bill included getting baptized by him, painting a barn, playing softball and basketball (with injuries), swimming in Shores Lake on the way home from Baptist Vista (every year), getting June's car towed at the National SBC Conference in Dallas, and leading a revival in an area in Indiana that “you can't get there from downtown Chicago” (or so we were told). He also married Vicki and me. Bill showed me how to serve and minister to even the most difficult of God's people. Most importantly, Bill taught me how to love and serve God, while at the same time, giving my all to my family and having a really good time along the way. Thank you for your life and legacy, Brother Bill.

I have known Bro Bill, June and family since we moved to Arkansas in 1979. You could not ask for a better family who loved and enjoyed being a Christian. There are too many memories to mention but no matter what we all did as a family it was a great experience especially the fishing trips and his military stories. God bless the family and may he give you peace during this trying time and days to come.

June and Family,
Bill was one of the most God-fearing men I've ever known and he will be truly missed. Both of you hold a special place in the hearts of all here at Lamar Schools. He was always giving out candy, advice and most of all love from his heart. He once gave me the best advice anyone could possibly give: Stay close to God.

June and family,
Bill was a wonderful man and had a special place deep in the hearts of everyone here at Lamar Schools. For the many times he gave out candy, advice and particularly love to all the students and faculty that came in touch with him. He will always be remembered for his love and kindness and for the time he touched my heart with some of the best advice anyone could give: Stay close to God. BILL WAS A GOOD, GOD-FEARING MAN WHO PREACHED THE WORD, AS IT SHOULD BE PREACHED AND IS. KNEW HIM FOR MANY YEARS, SINCE HE WAS A YOUNG MAN, MET HIS FAMILY AND OTHER RELATIVES, AT PHOENIX VILLAGE BAPTIST CHURCH. MY BEST TO ALL THE FAMILIES.
