Roscoe I dont think a Crawford County parade or the fair or just seeing you out and about will ever be the same. I will miss my hug and that smile that could make you have a good day when everything else is bad. Thank you for always excepting me and being just an all around amazing man. I am a better person for having had you in my life. Rest in Peace friend until we meet again.

It’s hard to put into words how much Bill will be missed. He was an amazing friend. He rode many many days and nights with me at the Sheriffs Department. He always had that smile. My kids always looked forward to the CC Fair because they got to see him. He will not be able to be replaced. Great man and friend. You will be missed Roscoe.

So Sorry to Hear. Bill was a great friend for years in the Mounted Patrol and dealing with Thurman Jones and Jay Talley. He was the same every time you saw him and was a great Machinisit. He made all the latches for my stall doors in the barn. Will miss.

So sad to see this. My condolences. I've been around him my whole life through the mounted patrol. For the longest time when I was little I was always told his name was Barney. Took me until I was probably about 10-12 to realize his real name. Going to miss seeing him all time. 😭

My condolences to the family. I will always cherish my time I spent with Bill. He rode so many nights with me when I worked at the Sheriff’s office . Bill assisted me in many arrests and was someone I looked up to and respected. He is one of the last few old guys that keep me lined out. Bill I will see you again soon.
