Bobby Mac Titsworth

Bobby Titsworth, 90, of Van Buren, passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021 in Fort Smith. He was born July 6, 1930 in Kibler to Burl and Henrietta Titsworth. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict, and was retired from Wear Construction in Fort Smith after 33 years. He was a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Master Mason, a member of the Belle Point Lodge #20 and the Van Buren Lodge #6, and a proud member of the Cherokee Nation. He was preceded in death by two grandsons, Justin Harper and Robert James Keil.

He is survived by his companion of 35 years, Candice Fladd of the home; a daughter, Teresa Carpenter of Little Rock; two sons, Kenneth Titsworth of Charlotte, NC, and Keith Whitworth of Cleburne, TX; a sister, Shirley Spillman of Van Buren; and two granddaughters, Mollie Keil of Blue Springs, MO, and Amy Wayman of Charlotte, NC.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 17, 2021 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.

Viewing will be 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.

Bob was a loyal person and a very dedicated customer to us for many years. We enjoyed our visits with him and talking with him in general. Everyone who knew him will miss him greatly. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Candace and family.
