He is survived by a daughter, Sage Gardner of the home; a son, Christian Gardner of the home; his mother, Debbie Wise of the home; father, Curtis Gardner of Alma, AR; grandmother, Doris Sindle of Mountainburg; two sisters, Candace Rivera of Fort Smith, Miranda Wise of Van Buren; one brother, Taylor Wise of Bentonville and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Family Hosted memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Mount Gaylor Cemetery in Mount Gaylor Community.
Mr. Gardner will be cremated under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
