Douglas Coker Smith II, 50, of Van Buren, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at his home. He was born January 31, 1976 in Clarksdale, Mississippi. He was a construction worker, and an outdoorsman; he enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his father, Douglas Smith, Sr.; a sister, Sandra Gail Smith; and grandparents, Irene Fulgham, Arvel Fulgham, Glennie Coker Smith, and Ladell Smith.
He is survived by a son, Douglas Walton of Van Buren; and his mother and stepfather, Cynthia and Martin Walton of Van Buren.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. There are no services scheduled at this time.
