It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Earl Ray Hickey, 65, of Alma on Saturday, January 24, 2026. Earl was born May 15, 1960 in Van Buren to Earl Doyle Hickey and Mary Stringer Place. He loved the outdoors, camping, 4-wheeling, boating, White Rock Mountain, and road trips. He will always live in our hearts.
He was preceeded in death by his father, Earl Doyle Hickey; and a sister, Janice Reed.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Pat of the home; his beloved mother, Mary Place; four brothers, David Hickey and wife Freda of Paris, Danny Hickey and wife Phyllis of Hackett, Ricky Hickey of Van Buren, and Jerry Hickey of Roland; two stepdaughters, Miranda Moulds (Dion), and Chasity Jones (Chris); three treasured grandchildren, Ethan Moulds (Ashley), Aislynn Moulds, and Callen Jones; two great-grandchildren, Salem and Cassius. Those grandkiddos were his greatest enjoyment in life.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
