Edward Robert Marsden, 64, of Fort Smith, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2025. He was born December 28, 1960 in San Diego to the late Arthur and Marie (Snyder) Marsden. He had worked for Golden Living. Ed was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed taking his family on camping and hiking trips to local national parks and recreation areas.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Paul Marsden; and a sister, Katherine Marsden.
He is survived by two daughters, Cattie Rains and husband Ryan of Fort Smith, and Gianna Marsden of Van Buren; two sons, Robert Marsden of West Palm Beach, FL, and Andrew Marsden of Fort Smith; grandchildren, Madeline and Hadley Hice of Fort Smith, and Alexander, Ava, and Kyler Marsden of Jonesboro; and his cousin, Jennifer Snyder of Poway, CA.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
