She is survived by three sons, Samuel Medley of Alma, Dusty Peters of Poteau, and Roy Nixon of Mountainburg; her mother, Judy Moore of Poteau; a brother, James Moore of Arizona; and four grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. There are no services scheduled at this time.
