Eugene Dutton, 78, of Van Buren, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2017 in Fort Smith. He was born May 5, 1938 in Crawford County to the late Henry and Fern Dutton. He was a self-employed farmer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby and James Dutton.
He is survived by a daughter, Debra Baskette of Mulberry; three sons, Michael Walker of Van Buren, Kevin Walker of Rudy, and Leslie Dutton of Van Buren; two brothers, Jerry Dutton of Ozark, and Charles Dutton of Van Buren; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and his beloved dog, Curtis.
Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 6, 2017 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
