Euline "Sue" Hamm

Euline Sue (Goines) Hamm, age 75, beloved momma, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed surrounded by the love of her family on February 12, 2026 at 8:07 p.m. in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born January 16, 1951 in Heavener, Oklahoma to William Arlen and Opal Mae (Lovell) Goines.

She loved her family, loved her grandchildren and especially her great-grandchildren with so much joy. The devotion to her family will live on in all of them that knew and loved her.

She loved our daddy (Moody Hamm) of the home. She would always say “how’s my handsome fella doing”, with a big smile. It’s the little things you remember like that that warms your heart. On February 10, they celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary but as my momma always said, “I’ve known your daddy since I was 6 years old”.

She loved the holidays, getting together, shopping for the grandchildren at Christmas was her favorite, and on New Year’s Day she always made her famous enchiladas and bean rolls. She had a wonderful fun-loving sense of humor. She loved to fish, mom would sit for hours until she got that one bite and with fish in hand it was all worth it, she was happy. Mom loved to sit on her back porch on a sunny day and watch the hummingbirds at the feeder. Momma loved her beloved poodle, Mattie. She named her after her grandmother, Mattie Hemphill. Mattie loved momma, she’d sit right by mom every day in her chair and sleep with her at night. Sweet Mattie girl.

She was the proud mom of three children, Samantha Laster and husband Sam of Greenwood, Arkansas, Shannon Fuller and husband Mark of Pocola, Oklahoma, and Arlen Scott Hamm of Fort Smith, Arkansas.

She loved her six grandchildren, Kyle Laster and wife Haley of Greenwood, Arkansas, Whitney Borst and husband Ryan of Greenwood, Arkansas, Kelsey Gann and husband Lane of Pocola, Oklahoma, Megan Karl and fiancé Paul Brown of Pocola, Oklahoma, Kaitlyn Jones and husband Gage of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and Dakota Hamm and wife Paige of Greenwood, Arkansas.

She so loved her twelve beautiful great-grandchildren, Emryn Killion 5, Kace Gann 3, Maverick Borst 5, Mallory Borst 1, Dalli Laster 13, Paislee Laster 7, Wyatt Laster 5, Micheal Laster 1, Atlas Jones 5mths, Meagan Hamm 13, Ivy Hamm 10, and Willow Hamm 7.

She is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one sister, Wilma Jean Morgan and husband Butch of Muskogee, Oklahoma. Preceded in death by her parents, William Arlen and Opal Mae (Lovell) Goines; two sisters, Brenda Gail Horne and Geneva Inez (Rosser) Mitchum; and two brothers, Gary Wayne Goines and William Earl Goines.

Momma’s life was a blessing, she is loved beyond words and missed beyond measure, until we see you again our sweet momma, we love you.
