Flossie Montag, 94, of Van Buren, passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2023 in Fort Smith. She was born December 14, 1928 in the Blackburn Community to the late Raymond and Glenn (Loftin) Booth. She was a seamstress and a homemaker, and was a bowler for over 40 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Russell Montag.
She is survived by a daughter, Debra (Rowan) Carper of Mayflower; a grandson, Brian Rowan and wife Niki of Van Buren; and two great-grandchildren, Bailey Williams and Braxton Rowan.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 22, 2023 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Blackburn Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
