Gertrude Lovegrove-Brown, 88, of Alma, AR, died Saturday, November 12, 2011 in a local hospital. She was born June 5, 1923 in Crawford Co., AR. She worked for over 40 years for Derrel Thomas Co. in Van Buren, AR. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Brown and a son Charles Brown.
She is survived by a sister, Delema Fields of Van Buren, AR; two brothers, Sonny Stephens of Tulsa, OK and Jack Lovegrove of Oklahoma City, OK; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel in Van Buren, AR with burial at Alma Cemetery in Alma, AR under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be DeMarc Brown, Chuck Brown, Allen Moore, Timothy Moses, Jack Lovegrove and Sonny Stephens.
